Polybion Injection

Composition: Each 2 ml ampoule contains : Thiamine HCl 10 mg; Riboflavine Sodium Phosphate 4 mg; Pyridoxine HCl 4 mg; Cyanocobalamin 8 mcg; Nicotinamide 40 mg; D-Panthenol 6 mg;
Therapeutic Indications: For treatment of vitamin B-complex deficiency states and during convalescence from illness.
Dosage: One ampoule once daily by intramuscular or slow intravenous injection or as advised by physician.
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to vitamin B complex and any other ingredients of Polybion Injection
Warnings & Precautions: Not to be used for newborn babies or premature infants.
Adverse Events: Rarely, hypersensitivity reactions to vitamin B1 may occur leading to skin rash and itching
Shelf-Life: 21 months
Storage: Store in a cool place protected from light.
